Research On Economic Contact Strength And Direction In Fujian Province

With the development of society and economy, and economic globalization gradually progress, city in the regional economic development of the role and status of growing, between areas, regional economic ties will strengthen. The association between cities is to rely on traffic.The development of transportation put more emphasis on time and cost, the problem of the transportation development is increasingly considered as the problem of time distance.After reforming and opening-up policy was carried out, transport of Fujian Province has developed rapidly. Roads gradually spread, a number of highways have been put into use. In national policy and investment support, the construction of traffic in Fujian Province ushered a climax. A complete province’s integrated transport system and rapid contact between the cities of west side of the Taiwan Straits is formed.First, review the domestic and international research status and the theoretical basis of economic relation intensity and direction, take9cities of Fujian province as the research object, to establish mathematical model of the economic relation intensity and direction. Second, by means of this theory and on the basis of the mathematical model, respectively calculate and analyze Fujian province economic relation intensity and membership degree, the main directions of Fujian province economy. Last, using GIS for visualization, put forward the measures and suggestions to strengthen Fujian province economic relation intensity.
