In this fierce competitive time, GX high-tech enterprises are on the top of technology, so that the market put forward higher demand to the technology; and as the competitive and energy source of the high-tech enterprises, researchers are facing increasing pressure of work. In this situation, job burnout becomes the main reason which affecting their work efficiency. Psychological contract is playing an important role in linking the workers and employers, but high-tech enterprises always put their focus on product and ignore to establish and carry out of the researchers’psychological contract. In the lack of respect and satisfy of their expectations, researchers are easier to suffer job burnout and then lead to increased turnover rate. Therefore, give more attention on the researchers’psychological contract; reduce the level of job burnout and relive their tired feelings are the most important problem which need to be solved by the high-tech enterprises.This research is based on the summaries of the previous research, and in order to explore the researchers’job burnout and psychological contract status, we used questionnaires to collect relevant data. At the same time, the study used SPSS16.0to analyze those data; the mathematical statistical methods include descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and variance analysis and so on. Meanwhile, we distinguish the researchers’psychological contract characteristic of different job burnout levels by the comparative analysis, and then further defined the differences between high and low levels. Finally, based on these analyses, research proposed measures to intervene researchers’job burnout, includes establish a proper psychological contract through RJP, design a reasonable distribution system of compensation, perfect training management system and so on. On the other hand, propose personal ways to deal with job burnout for researchers.
