In order to understand psychological contract’s situation between the enterprise and employees in the workplace in modern enterprise management and discuss the role and the role of the relationship with job burnout. Combined with literature review and the analysis of employees’ psychological contract and burnout status quo, the author put forward the hypothesis model and measure by the questionnaire survey methods such as in Shandong XY bank employees of different position in a given area has carried on the detailed survey, analyzed the data with SPSS software,and finally, put forward the effective measures to prevent employees from violating psychological contract and eliminating the job burnout, which could ensure the smooth operation of the bank management activities,obtain good job performance and win long-term development.First of all, this study made a job burnout questionnaire for banking, and then obtained the data by the SPSS19.0statistical software for it’s entry and analysis,which based on the172banking staff in a given area for large sample research. Based on the descriptive statistic’s resreach of the XY bank’s psychological contract, personality traits and job burnout, we made the difference tests of the XY bank’s job burnout’s demography variable, at the same time using multiple regression analysis to explore the predictable effct of the psychological contract, personality traits and some demographic variables in the job burnout in different dimensions. Based on the above consideration, I built the research model which borrowes ideas from the theory of predecessors’research. In this model, the dependent variable is the psychological contract, regulating variable is personality traits, the result variable is job burnout. The results are as follows:1. There was the significant differences between the various gender, marriage, age, education, working years, job, income levels and the part of the psychological contract and job burnout;2. Psychological contract three dimensions:transaction dimension, development dimension and relation dimension, they had significantly correlation with job burnout and had negative prediction function to the job burnout;3. In the relationship of the psychological contract and job burnout, personality traits play a buffer role.
