Research On The Governance Subject Diversification Of Mobile Vendors Around Colleges And Uiversities In Nanning City

In recent years, many domestic news media frequently reported the phenomenon of urban managers "violence law enforcement" and mobile vendors "violence resistance law". The violence incidents between urban managers and mobile vendors have aroused wide attention of all society and become the hot issue that social public discussed. The governance of mobile vendors is one of the typical problems which caused in the process of government managing a city."To construct the urban better, and further improve the image of the city" has become domestic most cities’beautiful prospect. Faced with gradually increasing numbers of mobile vendors and gradually increasing difficulties of the supervision on the illegal business vendors,"How to counsel and manage mobile vendors better" has been plagued by all levels of governments at all levels. Many mobile vendors will naturally gather university surrounding areas where city person is larger. On short-term effect, the existence of mobile vendors will make life convenience for city residents. From long-term development, the existence of mobile vendors will relief severe employment situation in China to some extent and maintain the stability of the society. However, mobile vendors around the colleges and universities in Nanning City brought many negative influences on the city management. At present, the governance situation that urban managers manage mobile vendors around colleges and universities in Nanning City is not so ideal, which often fall into the vicious circle of "governance-rally-governance". Based on the practical research on mobile vendors around colleges and universities in Nanning City and the use of governance and good governance theory, new public management theory, the author analyzes difficulties in the process of government governing mobile vendors around colleges and universities in Nanning City. On the basis of that, the author makes further analysis on the restricting factors and realistic conditions of the governance subject diversification and then puts forward the route choice of constructing diversified governance subject.
