Over the past20years,with the penetration rate of mobile phones rising ceaselessly,the mobile communications market in China has entered a buyer’s market, That the related companies should take effective strategies to face the much fiercer market competition and maintain or extend the business market share, it has become the valued considerations for the three operators to think it well.In the contex of the slower traditional voice business growth, and when mobile value-added business has become a new growth and has made some achievements, but to the contrary with rivals,China Union still exosts qiote gaps,so in the terms of China Unicom mobile value-added service’its efforts still need to be continued.Guangxi Unicom as a mobile operators resided western nationalities regions, especially need unify own industry developments condition and its resources characteristics,and in the pretext of the headquarters development strategy planning of China Unicorn mobile value-added services.should seek for marketing strategies about the proper developments of mobile value-added services, as can be conducive to realize the development of Guangxi mobile value-added business incomes to be continuous,stable,healthy, rapid and harmonious, and o meet people’s need including the contents of production and life,work and study, to have important practical significance.Based on the research method of systematic analysis, countermeasures analysis, comparison analysis and others,the first analysis of the related theories about telecom marketing, which helps this paper’s studies for laid solid foundation.Then analyzed the present problems in Guangxi Unicorn’s mobile value-added business developments and marketing strategies, and better explains the reasons of these problems, and finally put forward the key to solve these problems for Guangxi Unicom mobile value-added services for design of marketing strategy.
