The foreign capital enterprises have faced with the great pressure of theincreasing labor cost. As the various new policies published by the human resourceand social security department taking effect, the CEOs have to pay more attention tothe labor cost. How to deal with the high labor cost is actually become a seriousproblem to the CEOs in the foreign capital enterprises what is a dog-eat-dog industry.Then should we change our view of the increasing labor cost? Maybe we couldcreate much additional value instead of focusing on reducing the labor cost to resolvethe problem. Let’s think of the management method of motivation. As we knowmotivation can stimulate the employees to further efforts. And the motivatemechanism could support to implant the motivate measure effectively. With thedevelopment of the knowledge economy nowadays, the knowledge employees havebecome more and more important to the enterprises. If we can motivate the coreemployees more validly, they should make more valued efforts than the general labordo. And the valued efforts could be useful to the labor cost problem.There are many studies of motivating knowledge employee in the internalacademy but the subject for the special industry is few. The knowledge employees indifferent industries have their own characteristic what could take effect on the resultof motivation. So in this study, we explore the degree cause by the differentmotivation factor of the knowledge employees in foreign capital electronicmanufacturing industry based on the employees’ requirements. We get the conclusionof the below aspect by investigate the factors effect in sample companies.1. Themotivate factors based on employees’ requirements.2. The difference of motivationdegree to the employees.3. The influence caused by gender, age, educationbackground and position to the motivation degree.4. The improvement advice for themotivate mechanism of the foreign capital enterprises based on the study.
