Motivation on knowledge employee of Jilin pro. Grand Way Imp.& Exp. Trade Co., Ltd directly impact on the efficiency of their works, thus affecting profitability and competitiveness. So in the situation that Staff quality of Jilin pro. Grand Way Imp.& Exp. Trade Co., Ltd have to be improved, how to improve their core competitiveness, how in the intense market competition which continued to gain a firm foothold and win a place, we must work from the motivation to analyze the various factors which impacting the motivation on knowledge employee of Jilin pro. Grand Way Imp.& Exp. Trade Co., Ltd . Starting from the actual needs of the employee, do a research on motivation of knowledge employee, though the motivation of employees create satisfied benefits to solve the real problems of Jilin pro. Grand Way Imp.& Exp. Trade Co., Ltd, so as to create a good internal conditions to win competition .The paper was divided into five parts.The first part is introduction. Its main goal is to introduce the purpose of the study, the significance of study,the structure and the framework.The purpose of this study was to explore the motivators of the knowledge employee of Jilin pro. Grand Way Imp.& Exp. Trade Co., Ltd , and to further explore the Correlation between the motivators and employee motivation with the overall work to determine the motivator on knowledge employee to make recommendations accordingly, and provide enterprises with reference. The significance of the study are as follows: In theory, the paper summarized the literature and concluded that the current motivators impacting knowledge employee, so as to lay the theoretical foundation for practice, for the survey in the future of the knowledge employee of Jilin pro. Grand Way Imp.& Exp. Trade Co., Ltd. The second part is literature review,which is including the concept of knowledge employee, the theory of motivation, motivators of knowledge employee about any field, measurement tools and Methods of motivation and so on. Through access to journals and electronic information to summing up previous studies for the next part of the theoretical basis of empirical research. From study we find all kinds of definitions of knowledge employees. but through a comprehensive analysis of the paper we know that the groups in the field of import and export belong to the scope.It is one of the bright spots of this article.The third part is research methods. In this part the writer shows us her research tools, analytical methods, questionnaire, research on assumptions and on the definition of variables, and so forth. The object of this study is knowledge employee of Jilin pro. Grand Way Imp.& Exp. Trade Co., Ltd.and the questionnaires were sent out to the groups by employee of Jilin pro. Grand Way Imp.& Exp. Trade Co., Ltd. Section of the questionnaires involved general manager, finance manager, technical manager, and business manager. The questionnaire is divided into three parts. Based on the purpose of the study, the writer makes research through a literature review, interviews, questionnaires and statistical analysis of the joint use. This paper presents study assumption on the study, and defined the variables and the corresponding indicators.The fourth part is data analysis. Including demographic analysis, reliability validity of the analysis, the descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and regression analysis, and assumed the test. In this part, the writer makes a analysis of basic employee profiles of the respondents in Jilin pro. Grand Way Imp.& Exp. Trade Co., Ltd. Then the writer makes a factor analysis study the validity of the questionnaire, the discovery is Not entirely the same as the factors summarized in the literature, but after the adjustment, the questionnaire validity and reliability are good. Through descriptive statistical analysis we found that the satisfaction with the knowledge employee of Jilin pro. Grand Way Imp.& Exp. Trade Co., Ltd.is good.The end of the paper is for the conclusion of the study. Including a summary of research findings, assumed a summary of recommendations and research managers limitations. The significance of this part is the following proposals to set up the motivation mechanism of Jilin pro. Grand Way Imp.& Exp. Trade Co., Ltd. First, to pay attention to improving incentives and reforming welfare system; Second, to help staff build their personal career development planning; Third, to encouraging staff participation-free airing of views, and the leaders should pay attention to improving the quality of its reforms. And every one of the recommendations made in-depth discussions. Finally summarize up the limitations of this study and the lack of points, such as the samples do not have extensive sampling, failed to scale a test-retest reliability of the inspection.
