A Study On Risk Control Of Logistics Outsourcing In Construction Projects

Logistics Outsourcing refers to enterprises in the course of theconcentration of superior resources， reduce management costs， therebyenhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises， the ultimate goal ofenterprises of non-core logistics business， entrusted to a professionalthird-party logistics company by way of contract the operations，along-term strategic mutually beneficial mode of operation. In recentyears，logistics outsourcing business in all sectors are rapidly expandingto become a popular trend，it is clear the construction field is also sweptthrough which. However， the rapid expansion of logistics outsourcing tothe microstructure of the main implementation of logistics outsourcingthe benefits of micro-main to the implementation of logistics outsourcingbring some risks. Therefore， this paper selects “A study on risk controlof logistics outsourcing in Construction projects” as the title todiscuss construction projects in logistics outsourcing risk species andtheir control measures.There are three research methods used in this paper,including theliterature data collection，analytic hierarchy process，gray relationalgrade analysis. Among them， the literature data collection method usedto collected the literature on logistics outsourcing risk control，digestion and absorption， to lay a solid theoretical foundation for thesuccessful research of this article; analytic hierarchy process, grayrelational analysis. Analytic hierarchy process and gray relationalanalysis are used for the empirical analysis to the subjective andobjective risks in the construction projects, providing an objectivebasis for the development of risk control measures below.To sum up，this article is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction， which introduces the researchbackground and research purposes， research status and development ofdynamic content and research methods of the paper，the lack of innovationand research of the thesis.The second part is the theoretical basis of logistics outsourcing riskcontrol， which is mainly divided into two parts: the theory of theformation of the logistics outsourcing risk and logistics outsourcingrisk management theory. Logistics outsourcing risk theory including thetheory of core competitiveness of enterprises，the principal-agent theory; logistics outsourcing risk management theory including the theoryof logistics outsourcing risk identification，logistics outsourcing riskmeasure theory，control theory of logistics outsourcing risk.The third part is the status quo of China’s A water conservancy projectlogistics outsourcing. Mainly includes the overall situation of China’slogistics outsourcing and A hydraulic engineering and the risk situations.The main risks include subjective risk and objective risk.The fourth part is the empirical analysis of construction projectsin the logistics outsourcing risk. Mainly including the analysis ofsubjective construction of the project logistics outsourcing based on AHPand the analysis of the objective risk of outsourcing based on graycorrelation. These two parts are used in the analysis method describedon the basis of specific examples of logistics outsourcing risk analysis.The fifth part of the logistics outsourcing risk control measures inconstruction projects. Mainly including the control measures to A projectconstruction logistics outsourcing subjective risk and constructionlogistics outsourcing objective risk. The former includes self-assessment and decision-making risk control measures, the risk of moralhazard control measures, adverse selection, risk control measures andrisk control measures of the quality of the project and financial riskcontrol measures; the latter including the attitude of risk controlmeasures in the service capabilities of risk control measures.The sixth part is a summary and outlook.
