Project management is regarded as one of the three pillars of breakthrough development of enterprises in the future,and it is also the most concerned emerging subject in theoretical research and practical application besides strategic management and marketing management.The research and management of project team performance appraisal is one of the enduring hot research topics in project management.Team construction management is also an indispensable part of project management.High-level project team performance is the prerequisite to improve the quality of project team work,enhance the quality of project management and achieve the expected objectives of the project.However,the research on project and project team performance appraisal in our country started late.In the past,most of the research on team performance appraisal focused on management team,while the research on construction project team performance appraisal was less.However,because the construction team is project-centered,it has the characteristics of strong temporary and poor fixity,and the members of construction team are quite different.It makes the performance appraisal of construction project team differ greatly from the performance appraisal and management of previous project team,while the previous research on this aspect is obviously insufficient.According to the characteristics of the construction project team,this paper studies the performance appraisal of the construction project team of A Real Estate Company,finds out the construction plan and method which is suitable for the construction project management team,and enriches the research results of the performance appraisal of the construction team,and makes the research of this paper innovative in the perspective of research.Based on this,with the help of literature research method,system analysis method,field investigation method and case analysis method,the characteristics and emphasis of each method are different,so as to elaborate the current situation of the sample research object-A real estate company construction project team performance appraisal system,through the effective integration of theoretical research and specific project practice,aiming at A real estate company construction project team performance.The establishment of effectiveness assessment system puts forward scientific countermeasures.The related research of this paper is carried out in six parts.The first chapter analyses the research background,theme,conception and research method of this paper,and points out the innovation of this paper.The second chapter summarizes the research points from the theory of performance appraisal and project team management.The third chapter analyses and discusses the team performance of construction project of A Real Estate Company.The current situation and existing shortcomings and problems of performance appraisal are introduced in detail.Chapter IV establishes a performance appraisal system applicable to the project team in accordance with the performance situation of the construction project team of A Real Estate Company.Chapter V establishes a performance appraisal system of the project team by using the safeguard procedure and process,and formulates a balanced scorecard,and puts forward practical proposals.Feasible safeguards.Through case analysis,the project performance appraisal system formed by this study is applied to verify that the established project team performance appraisal system is suitable for the actual needs of A real estate company construction project team performance appraisal and has achieved relatively satisfactory results.
