In the rapid development ofChinese ports in the process, not only China port facilities have the rapid increase inthe short period, but also have a lot of inevitable problemsthat which is portconstruction only pursue on the infrastructure and lack of service consciousness.Qingdao port as the third largest container ports in China which only afterShanghai and shenzhen has a strong momentum. Qingdao port has regard the serviceas a attract partners that the source and competition to win the golden signboard. Andit is also the only one who have the commitment that the ship to the shore from theport of loading and unloading container port just in10hours. The close cooperationbetween Qingdao port and shipping company make Qingdao port had the gooddevelopment. Port and shipping company as the different interests groups have a closerelationship by the goods. Shipping company is the main object for the portservice.And in turn, the shipping company’s ample supply also promote thedevelopment of the port. So, shipping campany’s factors should be taken into theresearch of port service quality. We believethe interaction between port and shipping companies can achieve a win-win mode.Notonly increasing port core competitiveness, and also reduces the cost of shippingcompany.In addition, this paper put out questionnaire to shipping company inQingdao region and puts forward a level2evaluation index system to the evaluationof the port service quality.Then using this system to evaluating the Qingdao servicequality in the empirical research. Finally, this paper put forward Qingdao port servicequality reconstruction measures based on the shipping company.
