As the supply chain spreads in global, supply chain integration process accelerate, portand shipping industry are important parts in the global supply chain. Therefore, in order toachieve seamless collaboration with other parts of the global supply chain, the operation ofport and shipping services need to be more flexible and more individual. This paper takesQinzhou Port (Guangxi) for example, mainly researches on port and shipping services systemrisk based on supply chain integration. To complete the port and shipping services system riskmanagement model, this paper focus on four parts works: risk identification, risk assessment,risk prediction and risk control.Firstly, this paper studies some theories about supply chain and port and shippingservices system, analyzes the importance of the port and shipping services, figures out theconnotation and features of port and shipping services system. Then, this paper combines theinvestigation result of Qinzhou Port (Guangxi) to analysis risk factors of the whole system,which lays the foundation for risk assessment. After that, the paper establishes risk assessmentmodel base on Extenics Theory and Variable Weight Theory. Last, calculates the Qinzhou Portrisk assessment results by applying the investigation data and analyzes the evaluation results.In addition, this paper establishes a port and shipping services risk prediction systembase on correlation analysis skills, ASP.NET platform and SQL technology. Finally, this paperpresents development proposals base on Qinzhou Port service system development status andrisk assessment results. |
