Research On The Mechanism Design And Countermeasures For Farmers’ Professional Cooperatives To Stabilize Farmers Income

According to statistics, during2007-2010, every year China’s rural residents’ percapita income growth rate were14.6%,12.4%,7.0%,10.5%, and the overall growthof the trend come out as slow even decrease, deducting the role of rising commodityprices, in fact the farmers’ income growth are not much more than5%. In recent years,inflation is rather serious, the impact is that our country farmers’ consumption of dailylives and production increases, in this case, even if the farmers’ income’s slow growthin fact means negative growth, and all of these reality lead the income of the peasantsto fluctuation. As a nation with900million farmers, the farmers’ income for thewhole the development of China’s economy can be crucial, someone says "farmers notrich, China does not rich," this tells us that Chinese farmers’ income and rich has alarge extent influence on the goal of our country’s common prosperity. In order toguarantee the stability and increase of farmers’ income, China adopted many measures,but due to a variety of external natural and social factors, the farmers’ income growthstill faces a lot of pressure, this needs our country and the government to adoptedvarious measures and leave no stone unturned guarantee the stability and increase offarmers’ income.Due to the unique characteristics of the agricultural industry, which isenvironment and decentralized management as characteristics, agriculture and farmersneed higher level organizational management to overcome the disadvantages ofagricultural innate, improving the competition ability, increases the income gains.Although our family business can withstand part of the risk, but in agriculturalproduction material purchasing, and agricultural products processing and sales, newtechnology, new equipment adoption, and agricultural infrastructure and utilization,etc, all need more large-scale and degree of organization form. And farmers’professional cooperatives are to promote the economic development in the new period,solve the problem of “agriculture, countryside and farmers” important organization,the construction of a new socialist countryside is an important carrier.This paper is based on the present existence of farmers’ income fluctuation andunstable, through the analysis of the structure of the farmers’ income, the influencefactors of the farmers’ income including agricultural products production and price, the farmers’ income sources, farmers own quality, agricultural science and technologylevel, the national policy. With the agricultural industrial organization theory andagriculture industry chain management theory as the guide, analysis of farmers’professional cooperatives stability effect on farmers’ income, following with researchin our country at present stage farmers’ professional cooperatives in agricultural areasthe lack of influence factors and learning from foreign advanced experience ofagricultural organization further proposed our country farmers’ professionalcooperatives stable income of farmers mechanism design, and then come to theconclusion of the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is the introduction ofthe background and significance, the domestic and foreign research dynamic, thoughtsand methods, contents and the main innovation framework and made the instructions.The second chapter is theoretical basis, including the concept of farmers’ income, anddiscusses the analysis of the factors that influence the farmers’ income, as well as theagricultural industrial organization theory and agriculture industry chain theory ofexposition. Chapter3gives detailed analysis of measures which the farmers’professional cooperatives adopt to stabilize the farmers’ income, and chapter4unifiesthe related theory to analyze causes of insufficient influence of farmers’ professionalcooperatives at the present stage in China which leads to less remarkable impact onfarmers’ income. Chapter5expounds some successful foreign agricultureorganization practice and experience. And the sixth chapter to farmers’ professionalcooperatives stable income of farmers’ mechanism design idea and through somesuccessful experience in our country show cooperatives, and put forward our countryfarmers’ professional co-operatives play a greater stability in the role of the farmers’income further countermeasures. Chapter7I come to some conclusions and the roleof the farmers’ professional cooperatives to farmers’ income is prospected.
