The Research Of Management Mechanism About Farmer Specialized Cooperatives In Gannan Tibet Autonomous Prefecture

With the development of China economic society,the country economy was already developed for a new area.The step of agricultural modernization was developed huge fast than before,moreover,the agricultural modernization was become a tough target about city developing and building well-off society in our country.Especially in 2013 we pushed the policy of targeted poverty alleviation.How make the refugee villages in remote districts shake off poverty effectively and make well-off society come true,is becoming a one of the tough target about government performance.With the development of scale economy,the lights problem faced by one farmer is very weakness and more pressure.So more districts were combined the agricultural exploit,agricultural loan and agricultural project with farmer specialized cooperatives.Therefore,the number of farmer specialized cooperatives and the investment was increased straightly.For Gan Nan,it was one of Tibetan autonomous prefecture in our country,the farmer specialized cooperatives in this city was developed very well with the help of government poverty policy,and the income of farmer was increased apparently.On this base,that is a question for cooperatives is how to make the cooperatives developed in standardization way and make it better to service for agricultural production,farm produce and also increase farmer income in shot time.The paper was analyzed the management mechanism of farmer specialized cooperatives in Gan Nan,and hope make a new view of research of farmer specialized cooperatives' problem.The paper was separated by four chapter.First chapter is introduction,I introduced the paper's research background,the meaning of research,the current situation in abroad and in China,the skill of research and the definition of some core concept.Second chapter is the current development,character and problem of farmer specialized cooperatives in Gan Nan,and summary.Third chapter are two examples analyzes,in those examples I analyzed the institutional framework in cooperatives,the property right structure in cooperatives,the decision mechanism,the model of management,the benefit distribution mechanism,and the found the real problem of management mechanism in farmer specialized cooperatives.Fourth chapter,base on the analyses,I sum up the management mechanism of farmer specialized cooperatives,and putthe advice in macroscopic view in government policy and in microcosmic view in inside of farmer specialized cooperatives' self,for management mechanism of farmer specialized cooperatives.
