Ganzhou City Center Based On Grey System Theory Research To The Influential Factors Of Urban Housing Security System

As one part of Chinese social security system,by gurantee Chinese citizens’basic rights,the housing security system play important role in today.But,some problems,such as the the coverage of security、the supply of affordable housing、management,still existend. On the basis of the research on the effect factors and reasonable supply problems of ensuring house in central urban area of Ganzhou City, the thesis qualitatively and quantitatively analyzes the effect factors of housing security system and gets the conclusion that ensuring house in central urban area of Ganzhou City will rise by25%in2015by applying grey GM (1,1) and GM (1, N) model. Moreover, in comparison with current situation and reasonable supply of ensuring housing security system in central urban area of Ganzhou City, the thesis analyzes the problem of housing security system in construction and management, and put forward six specific measures to improve the ensuring housing security system level in central urban area of Ganzhou City, including increasing financial support, expanding ensuring house management scope, adjusting the housing and land supply, building a complete ensuring housing system, improving the management mechanism of ensuring housing system, strengthening the the administrative interventions from real estate market, which to provide reference to complete "twelfth-five" plan better and to meet the housing need of residents.
