| AS one of the pillar industries in the country, real estate is growing rapidly year by year along with the economy development and urbanization improvement. From big city to small town, you can see the new houses everywhere. The Large quantity of the new buildings also reflected to the residence demand for people is very high. However, residence as the necessaries of humans is too expensive to buy for a lot of people.Particularly the building that is located in town district, make people shrink at the sight of it more. So many people goes to suburban area to buy houses for them to live.As the biggest city in central area, Wuhan is also accelerating the progress of urbanization. House suburbanization began to appear in Wuhan. House suburbanization can relieve stress of town and improves people’s living environment, but house suburbanization caused many questions in the process. Influence factor is the foundation stone that caused everything happen. So we have to know the influence factor that caused the house suburbanization, in order to solute the problem what influences the healthy and development of house suburbanization. This study sets out from the consuming behavior of houses and studies the reason that the consumer selects suburban area residence.First, the definition of suburb and house suburbanization is discussed on the grounds of paper reading and the character of Wuhan, and the suburb range partition rule is also brought forward. To make clear the state of house suburbanization in Wuhan, the evolution curse and the abuse of house suburbanization is discussed through the mean of investigating. Second, this paper finds out the main factors that influence the house suburbanization development in Wuhan through questionnaire survey and data reduction analysis quantitatively. Last, in order to solute the abuse happened in Wuhan’house suburbanization,this paper put forward some useful suggestions and countermeasures which can fit for the situation and the specialty of Wuhan. |
