The Effect Of Reforming "Village In City" On House Supply System

But because of local governments' underemphasis to housing security system,now the housing security work is still in its infancy in our courtry,especially in low-rent house building. As the main source of the urban land, reforming of "village in city" in addition to improve the living environment, comply with the development of urbanization and improving the integral image, how to promote the sustainable improvement of the local living environment and sustainable development if community residents have become a more urgent society question.This paper take house security system and urban villages which have been planned to be constructed of Xi'an as the research objects. First of all, this paper analyzes the current situation of housing supply by investigating the supply of economic and suitable house, low-rent house and interrelated management method. To understand the situation of housing and demand, and find out problems existing in housing supply system, the author made statistics analysis to data by questionnaire, and then analyzes the operational effect of current house security system. Based on that, this paper finds out problems from the purpose and plan of house security system by collecting secondary data. At the same time, reposes on the present situation and transformation condition of "village in city", further analyzes the main problems exist in it and influences to urbanization process. Combined with the foregoing, this paper studies the influences that reforming of "village in city" to house supply system separately from land supply, the supply of ordinary commercial housing and house supply to external population, and put forward corresponding suggestion.
