Changes in the economic structure allows knowledge workers as carriers of knowledge become the corporate fast and stable development of a strong guarantee, and the formation of the company’s core competitive. advantage. Compared to the traditional industrial economy and the agricultural economy, knowledge-based economy focused on the possession of knowledge, usage and creative.The IT industry is the industry of well-known as using knowledge to create value. IT Knowledge Management in IT enterprise is conducive to technological innovation all the knowledge elements into each other as well,as the knowledge flow of a dynamic management, and is the protection of successful development. Technology is no longer the bottleneck of the enterprise development, and the knowledge of quantity, quality, management and innovation evolved become the core competitiveness of this enterprise.Knowledge-sharing behavior is an exchanging behavior of knowledge which can contribute to the achievement of organizational goals with a fast and effective communication. Successful knowledge sharing requires the efficient interaction of people and technology. Knowledge-sharing behavior will be impacted by personal motivation, and the impact of environmental forces should not be overlooked. Organizational climate as part of the organizational culture, it impacts behavior of employee with a subtle influence. Research has shown that culture is to influence individual behavior through individual self-perception. Organizational climate is the perception of members of the organizational environment, the cognitive characteristics in a friendly, innovative, and fair, mainly from the staff of the enterprise.Many factors that affect knowledge sharing, from a sociological point of view, the flow of information and knowledge resources of social capital on the exchange, sharing, application and innovation have played a very active role. Social capital can promote the exchange of resources between individuals and it affects the organization through the merger and exchange of existing explicit and tacit knowledge resources to promote the formation of intellectual capital. Many studies show that effective knowledge management (knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing or knowledge) has a certain correlation with social capital.This study is based on the background of the knowledge-based economy and takes the employees of IT organizations as the research object, to take a survey of the empirical analysis method by issuing a questionnaire was surveyed employees on its internal organizational climate, internal social capital and knowledge-sharing behavior first-hand information to analyze the mutual relationship between the three, and thus further explore the specific mechanism of action in between. Through research, academia and the business community to provide effective and constructive inspiration and advice, and provide some theoretical guidance for the enterprise human resources management to lay the theoretical and practical basis for further follow-up study.
