Game Analysis To Two Channels Of Organizational Form In Circulation Of Agricultural Products

As to the problem of agricultural products, Chinese scholars have done many-researches, Including some researchs on "peasant household--leading enterprise" and "cooperative--leading enterprise" organizational form. For studying on "peasant household--leading enterprise", in the qualitative aspects, mainly use case study method, with adopting theories about embeddedness s relational exchange、channel behavior、transaction cost and so on; in the quantitive aspects, mainly use survey study method, with adopting theory of econometrics. For study on "cooperative--leading enterprise", mainly use case study method with adopting theories about relational exchange、channel behavior%transaction cost and so on, but. hardly study in quantification.So far, researchs on the front of two channels of organizational either have been studied alone or compared just in the qualitative aspects. The paper is going to adopt static and dynamic game theory and establish relevant game models, deeply study income level and channel relationships stability, in order to prove "cooperative--leading enterprise" channel model is better than "peasant household--leading enterprise" channel model. The study not only has theoretical significance, but also has realistic significance.This paper’s mian conclusions:(1)"peasant household--leading enterprise" channel model and "cooperative--leading enterprise" channel model both belong to a new network organization, with surpassing market organization and enterprise organization;(2)in fact, wether from income level or from channel relationships stability angle,"cooperative--leading enterprise" channel model is better than "peasant household--leading enterprise" channel model.This paper proposes five feasible measures so that "cooperativ--leading enterprise" channel model can give play to greater effects,(1)establish and perfect cooperative’s operation mechanism and management system;(2)government should increase complementary arrangement and support;(3) fully exert "contract farming" and "future farming" common advantages;(4)both sides should take some specific investments properly;(5)make use of relational network to develop interpersonal relation across the organization.
