Study On The Benefit Docking Model Of Agricultural Industrialization Between Leading Enterprises And Peasant Household In Shaanxi Province

Agriculture industrialization is inevitable way to achieve modern agriculture. To a great extent, agriculture industrialization lies on whether benefit distribution is reasonable or not. The impetus of agriculture industrialization derives from maximum benefit pursued by every participant. And the operation of agriculture industrialization successfully also results from benefit achievement of every participant. Establishing reasonable benefit docking model is the key to develop agriculture industrialization.At present, scholar home and abroad study the benefit model of agriculture industrialization, and have acquired much success. But from the aspect of leading enterprises and peasant households, the systemic and positive research on the benefit model of agriculture industrialization is a blank. Therefore, based upon the subsistent studies and the data from field survey, this paper has studied detailedly the benefit model of agriculture industrialization in Shaanxi province.Since 1995, Shaanxi province has begun to develop agriculture industrialization and gained definite achievement. The development level of agriculture industrialization in Shaanxi province is low on a national scale. The restriction of agriculture industrialization in Shaanxi province is that it is difficult to harmonize the benefit between the leading enterprises and peasant households. The counterwork is much than cooperation and compromise. It exists seasonal intensified conflict between the leading enterprises and peasant households.Based on the practice and the transaction cost theory, game theory, symbiosis theory, this paper has concluded four models in Shaanxi province: the point docking model, the intermittent docking model, the continuous docking model and the integrative docking model. The objective of this paper is how to resolve the benefit docking of agriculture industrialization in Shaanxi province. The research content includes what the benefit docking model is, what status the agriculture industrialization in Shaanxi province is, what the benefit relation between the leading enterprise and peasant household is, why we adopt benefit docking, what models there have, what the restriction of benefit docking is, and how to perfect the benefit docking model of agriculture industrialization in Shaanxi province. This article contains 7 chapters in all, which are as follows:Chapter one: Introduction. This part is to introduce the research background, the study purpose and meaning, present statement of relevant domestic and international research, the research idea and method, and the creative points.Chapter two: The concepts and theories foundation. First, it will define"the agriculture industrialization,leading enterprise,peasant household , benefit docking model". Second, the author will summarize simply related theories, which including supply the transaction cost theory, game theory, and symbiosis theory.Chapter three: This part is to analyze the development of agriculture industrialization in Shaanxi province. This article will retrospect simply the process of agriculture industrialization in Shaanxi province, and analyze the development level of agriculture industrialization in Shaanxi province. Then, the author finds out the main internal and external factors of agriculture industrialization in Shaanxi province.Chapter four: The motivation of benefit relation and benefit docking. The benefit relation between the leading enterprises and peasant households is opposite and uniform. This part analyzes the motivation and meaning of benefit docking.Chapter five: The theoretic analysis of benefit docking model in Shaanxi province. The author concludes four models in Shaanxi province: the point docking model, the intermittent docking model, the continuous docking model and the integrative docking model, and then concludes main characteristic of benefit docking model in Shaanxi province.Chapter six: perfecting the benefit docking model in Shaanxi province. The author brings forward the guidelines and principle to perfect the benefit docking model in Shaanxi province. and the countermeasure to perfect the benefit docking model.Chapter seven: The positive analysis of benefit docking model in Shaanxi province. This part chooses three typical leading enterprises to analyze detailedly the benefit docking model between the leading enterprises and peasant households.
