Today’s era is known as the "knowledge economy"。In the knowledge economy, as the improvement of people’s education and development of technology information,working for people is no longer merely a means of sustenance, more is a state of life, work is a way of life. There is a growing concern about their own lives in a state of the organization, which raises the quality of work life is the notion that QWL; while a person’s level of quality in an organization is willing to effect the continual loyal to the current organization.The existing researches about quality of life and organization loyalty are based on the context of foreign culture, and domestic researches on the quality of life and status of organizational loyalty is relatively limited, still in its initial stage. This study aims to enrich the theory about relationship of employees’s quality of work life and organizational loyalty,; both for the enterprise to better recognition to the QWL of the importance of employees and the organization.In this study, a questionnaire is used to explore the impact of QWL and loyalty to the organization in order to achieve the following research purposes.1,Verify the dimensions and specific performance of QWL in context of Chinese culture;2, Verify the dimensions and specific performance of organizational loyalty in context of Chinese culture3, Discuss the relationship between dimensions of employees’s QWL and loyal to the organization of the the dimensions;4,Test whether the QWL of employees could predict the loyalty of employees;5, Put forward specific recommendations for corporate managers and researchers for futurereference according to the results of the views.This study used qualitative and quantitative research methods, qualitative method mainly is literature review, quantitative research method mainly is questionnaire and SPSS statistical analysis. Firstly, we detailedly review from the generation of QWL to organizational loyalty,from the concept of evolution to measure the dimensions of the division and so on.on this basis of proposed model we put forward some assumptions; Secondly, based on previous studies and scales we selected organizational commitment scale questionnaire designed to Sichuan and Chongqing and employees of other places of nearly200were tested, then we use SPSS16.0statistical software for data processing, draw conclusions, build research model to test our employees work on the quality of life of the dimensions and the dimensions of the relationship between organizational commitment in detail.According to empirical research, we draw the following conclusions:1, Different gender, marital status, years of work experience were no significant differences in variables; but different age, educational level, job level, income, corporate nature of the work of employees on the quality of life and organizational loyalty of some of the dimensions, There was significant degree of difference. The H1results partly support the study of the different variables of individual attributes significantly different variables.2, The quality of work life of employees and organizational commitment was positively correlated,through statistical analysis, we found the three dimensions of QWL and the two dimensions of organizational loyalty are positively correlated, H2-1to H2-6have been confirmed, so H2can be verified.3, The quality of work life of employees can significantly predict loyality of the employeesThrough analysis of the findings, the establishment of relevant research models, respectively, from the five targeted management we put forward opinions and suggestions.The research method of this study is mainly literature review, questionnaire, statistical analysis.
