The Effect Of Quality Of Work Life On Organizational Performance In Surya Nepal Private Limited Company

This thesis aims to explore the relationship between quality of work-life and organizational performance and the role of work motivation and job satisfaction as mediators based on Maslow's need hierarchy theory and Herzberg's two-factor theory.The survey has been used for data collection in Surya Nepal Private Limited Company,where 245 employees sampled for filling the questionnaires.Data were coded and analyzed by Statistical Package for Social Science(SPSS)23.0.The descriptive statistics has been used to describe demographic variables and the relationship between the variables has been determined through the Pearson correlation.The hypotheses were tested using correlation and the multiple regression.The empirical results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between the quality of work-life on organizational performance,work motivation and job satisfaction plays a mediating role between the quality of work-life and organizational performance.Theoretical and practical implications,limitations and future research have been formulated.
