Survival and development is the eternal topic of enterprise operation. If enterprise want to obtain sustainable development, maintain and improve performance is every managers must serious face'thing. With the rise of humanistic quality of life, people pay more and more attention to professional quality of work life. Satisfaction and performance became enterprise human resources management two core targets. Employee satisfaction and performance relationship has become one of the hotspot issues in the international human resource management.This paper firstly based on the summary of relevant quality of work and life and organizational performance,make one production enterprise for research object, constructed a basic research framework containing quality of work and life as independent variable, working performance (task performance, peripheral performance) as dependent variable, and puts forward the corresponding research hypotheses, made clear the overall design of this study. Second, through the interview results verify preliminary conception and revise further. This paper through a production enterprise's employees of different position and degree as questionnaire survey object to collect the corresponding datas and information, to survey data analysis I basically adopted descriptive statistics analysis and correlation analysis, single factor analysis of variance and regression analysis methods. Then, after empirical analysis, concluded the final conclusion and give suggestions for future research.Between research results and the original idea there maybe little difference, but overall is a match, the main conclusions are as follows:1. Different staff had different impacts on the job satisfaction and the job performance.2. Between job satisfaction and performance exists a large amounts of significant positive correlation, job satisfaction and the surrounding performance's correlation is higher than correlation between job satisfaction and task performance.3. Job satisfaction produce positive effect on performance, then produce higher performance.4. The factor affecting job performance is complex.
