In2007, The CPC central committee and the state council from the acceleration of China’s socialist modernization the overall situation, aiming at China agriculture development faces the new forms and new tasks, in central first document of "actively developing modern agriculture and speeding up socialist new agricultural village construction" as the theme, put forward to develop modern agriculture as the key point, effectively promoting the construction of new socialist countryside strategic decision. Qingbaijiang district is the second-line vegetable production base of Chengdu. After years of development, Qingbaijiang district agricultural has formed four features of agricultural industry that consists of poultry, edible fungus, tropical fruit and vegetables, which can build a strong foundation for the industrialization and market agriculture. In2007,To accelerate the rural and urban areas, shorten the gap between the city and the countryside, developing the rural economy, realizing the increase in farmers’income, Qingbaijiang district committee and government positively responded to the call of the CPC central committee and the state council, under the correct leadership of Sichuan provincial committee and Chengdu municipal party committee and the city government, deeply followed a scientific approach of development and put forward the innovation of the agriculture industrialization development planning about urban modernistic agriculture, in order to accelerate rural and urban areas, shorten the gap between the city and the countryside and develop the rural economy, improve the farmers’income. In the base, this essay firstly reviews and comments the development course and the present situation of urban modernistic agriculture of Qingbaijiang district, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages, causes and its influencing factors in the development of Qingbaijiang district urban modern agriculture, and the government, enterprises and farmers’status and role in the agricultural modernization of urbanization.At the same time, in the base of analyzing the inferior of urban modernistic agriculture in Qingbaijiang district and the successful experience about urban modern agriculture development at home and abroad, This essay explores the overall mentality and concrete ideas about the development of modern agriculture of Qingbaijiang district, which requests always adhere to the development mentality of "relying on city, developing agricultural, servicing city and rich farmers", centers on "characterization, scale, intensive, industrialization, ecology, standardization and outgoing localized" strategic direction, With the agricultural industrial structure adjustment as the core, with increasing farmers’income level and realizing the balanced urban and rural development as the goal, promotes urban modern agricultural sustainable, healthy and stable development.
