| With the outbreak and spread of the global financial crisis, depression, even "karoshi" case are constantly emerging because of the job stress,so how to develop work stress management effectively and make the staff deal with the stress properly is an important problem which the organization management must confront.Based on the previous theory research, this study investigates the employees work pressure by questionnaire, and analyses the collected questionnaire data with SPSS software.The analysis result reveals the Work pressure situation, the main work stress source, the strategies and work stress response of the overall staff and different types staff. And so we form the deep,fully and scientific recombination about employees work pressure in Z steel company. Based on it, this paper designs work stress management mechanism for the company, including prevention mechanism, diagnosis mechanism, early warning mechanism, coping mechanisms mechanism and feedback mechanism. Then combined with management, organizational behavior theory knowledge, ensure the work stress management mechanism’ implementation and operation in Z steel company from seven aspects. The seven aspects include updating the concept, improve the enterprise and employee’s work stress management consciousness; Improving the organizational environment and atmosphere, strengthen effective prevention of staff working pressure; assessing work pressure employees detailly, do pressure diagnosis and early warning well; Strengthening staff training, improve the capacity of defense and against pressure; Implement EAP, treating the excessive work pressure;dealling with employees work pressure emergency events well, avoid the ultra events; realizing the dynamic tracking work of stress management, provide feedback timely. |
