With the development and improvement of modern information networks technology, e-commerce rapidly developed on a global scale through germination, exploration, adjustment. C2C e-commerce site is the most popular, the most widely used mode in e-commerce. However, due to increasing number of C2C e-commerce transactions and large number of transactions of the main credit evaluation, the C2C e-commerce has been made poor credit environment and caused credit problems, hindering the healthy development of e-commerce. With the evolvement of internet technology, C2C online shopping in china is becoming more popular than before and gradually formed a simple set of credit evaluation model. Although it guarantees the security of online transactions to some extent, there are still some deficiencies and shortcomings to be further improved. To sum up, this issue, how to establish a sound and reasonable standard credit evaluation model has become an important research topic today.In this paper, the author analysis of the theory research of C2C e-commerce credit evaluation in the way of accessing to relevant literature. Then, by analyzing the status of the existing credit rating, through compared to mainstream credit evaluation model C2C e-commerce site, I identify the credit evaluation model the problems and shortcomings. Finally, I use the analytic hierarchy process to build a credit evaluation index system which considering the amount of the transaction, buyer credit and other factors. I give an improved credit evaluation model and take the example to verify the feasibility and applicability of the improved credit evaluation. In e-commerce environment, the use of improved credit evaluation model can not only reduce transaction risk, provide more useful feedback, ensure the healthy development of C2C e-commerce, but also provide a useful reference for the development of China’s credit evaluation.
