C2C (Consumer to Consumer) e-commerce is a transaction refers to transactionscarried out through the network between online consumers (buyers) and consumers(sellers) or economic activity. C2C e-commerce is the buying or selling a commercialactivity of the economic activities conducted by the buyers and sellers through a morescientific and reasonable online trading platform. C2C e-commerce model ofdevelopment has changed the traditional face-to-face transactions, to furtherdemonstrate the freedom of the network characteristics in a short period of time todevelop. However, due to the anonymity of the C2C transactions and liquidity. Onlineshopping a congenital defect in asymmetric information, the buyer can not see the kindof goods in a virtual environment, there is no first-hand experience of online shopping,only through pictures and descriptio of the seller to select goods, payment may occurreceived less than the purchase price, not meeting board, the seller after receiving theshipment, or the seller after delivery, therefore, the credit problem is the bottleneck inthe development of online shopping business. Therefore, in order to protect the safetyof buyers and sellers trading, the major domestic and international C2C online tradingplatform to build the credit evaluation mechanism. However, the problems due to thereliability of e-commerce technology, e-commerce legal environment, the ethicalenvironment of e-commerce and existing credit evaluation. E-commerce developmentin China is very slow. Therefore, actively explore China’s e-commerce credit model isof major significance to improve China’s market economy development.The basis of this article in accordance with domestic and international research onthe analysis of the status and trends of the C2C e-commerce credit management athome and abroad, and China’s Taobao, eBay and patted net three C2C e-commercewebsite, analysis of the C2C e-commerce e-commerce site in the credit evaluation and management methods of trading participants. Summed up the impact of C2C credit toestablish some of the key factors and e-commerce processes involved in the creditevaluation model there are some problems. And solve these problems, according to thee-commerce buyers and sellers of game theory model, C2C e-commerce credit systemto build a new model, the further improvement of the evaluation model and relatedmeasures to solve the problem of C2C e-commerce credit management.
