In the promotion of knowledge economy and economic globalization, no matter in developed countries or developing countries, as China, are confronted with hitherto unknown in the adjustment of economic structure. As a new sunrise industry, Cultural and Creative Tourism Industry has an irreplaceable role for the promotion of industrial restructuring and regional competitiveness. And as a critical industry, it has become an endogenous variable in many regions to promote economic development. In the background of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, the development of Chengdu Cultural and Creative Tourism Industry is the implementation of scientific outlook on development objective need, also be structural adjustment and growth of economy, the inevitable choice. So, the researching of development strategy of Chengdu Cultural and Creative Tourism Industry not only has important theoretical significance, but also very important practical significance.In this paper, taking the development of Chengdu creative and cultural tourism industry as the research subject, from theoretical exploration, Current situation analysis, comparison study and countermeasure analysis on four aspects.Firstly, this paper introduces the related theory of creative cultural tourism industry.
