Research On Henan Industrial Heritage Tourism Development From The Perspective Of Cultural And Creative Industries

In recent years, with the rapid development of urban construction and theadjustment of urban industrial structure, a large number of industrial heritage is rapidlydisappearing from the city, which has important value of history, landscape aestheticsand architecture. In this situation, it has urgent practical significance in protecting andreusing the industrial heritage reasonably, inheriting and carrying forward the cityspirit and urban context. As a new type of cultural heritage tourism and specialindustrial tourism, the industrial heritage tourism has already begun in foreign country,and it has achieved good benefits. For example, the Ruhr area of Germany has becomethe world’s successful model in the development of industrial heritage tourism. Andthe rapidly rise of worldwide cultural creativity industry in the late1990s, has openedup a broad space for the protection of industrial heritage and the development ofindustrial heritage tourism. Tokyo, Paris, London, and New York have led the worldtrend in creative development of industrial heritage tourism.Henan has abundant industry resources, a large number of industrial heritage,more mature tourism markets, relatively stable customer market and largerdevelopment of cultural creativity industry. These conditions have laid a goodfoundation for the creative development of industrial heritage tourism in Henan.Although the industrial heritage tourism in Henan has achieved certain results, it isstill in the starting stage. Therefore, it has positive theoretical and practicalsignificance for the reusing of industrial heritage and the tourism development inHenan to recognize the connotation of industrial heritage, analyze the relationshipbetween tourism and cultural creativity industry, and discuss the development strategyand mode of industrial heritage tourism in Henan under the perspective of culturalcreativity industry. Based on analysis of the concept of cultural creativity industry andindustrial heritage tourism, and analysis of the research status at home and abroad, therelationship between tourism and cultural creativity industry was analyzed, and the positive role of cultural creativity industry to the development of industrial heritagetourism in Henan was pointed out. Based on the comprehensive evaluation of theindustrial heritage tourism value in Henan, the development feasibility of industrialheritage tourism in Henan was demonstrated. Then on the basis of the summary andanalysis of the present development situation of Henan cultural creativity industry andindustrial heritage tourism, the development restricting factors and dynamic factors ofHenan industrial heritage tourism were deeply analyzed. Finally, from theperspective of integration development between cultural creativity industry andindustrial heritage tourism, some development strategies and seven kind ofdevelopment modes of industrial heritage tourism in Henan were put forward. It offersa new way to creatively develop the industrial heritage tourism by taking advantage ofthe rich resources in Henan.
