With China’s construction market continuously normative development, constructionproject management deepening, construction project cost control problem more and more bethe concern of the industry, many construction enterprise are all trying to strengthen theconstruction of the enterprise through project cost management to change its businesssituation, and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.Based on the road construction project cost management as the research object,combined with AnQing period of construction project reality, the cost of the structure of thetime, according to the plan enter cost method and the cost target three ways areclassified, puts forward the AnQing period of reconstruction project cost managementproblem: lack of personnel management cost competition consciousness, lack of ZeQuanLicombination of cost management system, ignore the quality cost and time limit costmanagement, etc.; Because of the large budget planning construction work, and changedesign and other reasons, make budget preparation work often lag.
