In the background of the financial globalization, domestic banks is facing the big scopeand deep competition. In the increasingly fierce market competition, How to make a bank isinvincible?It is always a key point what every banks want to research. Harbin bank is a newtype of national shareholding commercial bank. Sales Departmen is the window unit ofHarbin bank,andi is the top of business. How to play a good potential of the employees,mobilize the enthusiasm of everyone, not only is the success or failure of Harbin bank, butalso the key what Harbin bank whether having the future of sustainable development. How toimprove the working enthusiasm of young employees, how to proceed for managing andmotivating, is to solve the problem of this thesis.This thesis take the sales department of Harbin Bank as an example, first analyze thepersonnel organization structure, working status and work content of the employees, and thenhave a brief introduction to the Management by Motivation of employees, which emphasizeson the profoundly analysis of the problems in the incentive management. Through theanalysis of the problems in the incentive management works out a countermeasure to solvethese problems. In the last chapter of the paper, the author puts forward thecountermeasures of the incentive management which mainly elaborate on theaspects of increasing the managers’ quality and improving the management way of themanagers. Finally, the author puts forward the problems of the incentive management whichneeding attention, such as to improve the employment mechanism, to explore the moreadvanced incentive model as well as the sales incentive culture of the construction bank, andthis left a new subject for the future study of the incentive model in thesales department of Harbin Bank.
