Benefiting the agriculture, Speeding up the construction of a new socialistcountryside is an important project of the rural economic development in the next fewyears. Agriculture always the basic industry of the national economy, land is the mostbasic means of production, To resolve the land problem is crucial to resolve theproblems of agriculture, country and farmers. One of the important obstacle forhindering the development of f China’s rural economy is contradiction between therapid development of current market economy and the small-scale production andmanagement of the vast rural land.the rapid development of the contradiction betweenthe small-scale production and management of the vast rural land. The circulation ofthe management right of rural land contracting is the key link to resolve the problemsabout the rural land. It promote the economic development in rural areas. Also, It is ofgreat significance to keep the stability of the rural society and the increasing of thefarmer’ production.Rural land contracting right: subcontract, lease, exchange, transfer,rural land transfer can promote scale land management, improving land efficiency, toachieve the transformation of agricultural modernization to increase thecompetitiveness of agricultural products in China. In order to promote improve ruralland transfer efficiency, the Government has been to seek and explore new ways ofcirculation for increasing increase the circulation area, but China’s rural landcontracting right scale is relatively small and there is significant gap betweendeveloped areas and backward areas. This thesis aims to make an analysis combinewith actual situation and proposed the establishment of rural land contractmanagement rights transfer market recommendations and countermeasures, whichbased on the problem that the enhancement of the efficiency of rural land contractmanagement rights transfer and the application of bilateral market theory in guidingand establishing the market circulation of rural land contracting right of management.The paper is divided into six parts: The first part is to analyze the existence ofChina’s current rural land contract management rights transfer’s historical backgroundand necessity, and have a through understanding of the land transfer conceptualknowledge and theoretical review. Summary of Application of the second part focuseson the bilateral market some of the conceptual knowledge and bilateral market theory.The third part is to analyze the current status and the existing problems in China’s rural land contracting right market. The fourth part‘s mainly analysis is based onbilateral market under the circulation of rural land contracted management right,focusing on the analysis of bilateral market circulation each behavior analysis. Andtake Jiangxi province Ruichang city Baiyang town as an example, analyzes theestablishment of rural land circulation service center’s shortcomings and reasons onpromoting the circulation of the positive factors and the current rural land circulationservice center.The fifth part mainly put forward relevant suggestions andCountermeasures analysis in the process of transfer of the contractual right of land forbilateral market. The sixth part is the conclusion part, proposes the researchconclusion and vision.
