As the crystallization of the reform and opening-up police and the most dazzlingknowledge-based elite groups in the21st century, the new generation employees havealready became the main group who will open the cultural character of many generations inthe future and make profound impact on the social improvement. Nowadays, as the crucialgeneration, the new generation employees play an important role in more and more areas.Therefore, according to China, the understanding of the “New Generation” is the key to theunderstanding of the whole community and future development. The new generationemployees are not only a kind of phenomenon and a new trend, but also a valuable resource.Only when the leaders use the reasonable means and the right encouragements, can theymaximize their advantages. So it has a very important practical significance to investigatethe encouragement of the80themployees. This text takes the80thnew employees as theobject of study, on the foundation of the encouragement theory and Marxist talentviewpoint to research the new group’s personality and the management difficulties whichleads to the conclusion of the need of new employees. Finally, the author sum up five majorstrategies respectively based on the primary requirements, integration of organization,self-realization, moral and spiritual and leisure activities. This research is a new explorationin this new era and the new social background which is hoped can offer certain valuablesuggestions for solving the practical issues in the management of the new generationemployees.
