The entry of the new normally indicates that the economy has entered a new stage,and the reform and opening has entered a period of shifting gears in the deep-water period.In the face of the rapidly changing market environment,if enterprises want to break the cocoon and become butterflies,they will be in a profitable state for a long time and continue to grow and develop.Not only must there be a series of factors,such as abundant capital reserve,massive technical reserve,good product performance,high-quality after-sales service,low price and so on,but also enough talent reserve.It is the key link for enterprises to realize sustainable development and obtain competitive advantage because they are the most expensive talents in the 21 st century,and they can not only lead to Phoenix,but also keep Phoenix,so that talents can play their real role.Based on the theory of active behavior learning and the characteristics of organizational behavior of the new generation,this paper investigates the present situation of the new generation of employees' initiative behavior in three small and micro network companies,namely,the three small and micro network companies.First,with the help of the careful observation and summary of daily work,As well as the formal or informal communication and conversation with the new and old employees,the basic evaluation of the initiative behavior of the new generation of employees in three small and micro network companies is summed up,and then the measurement tools of the initiative behavior are used.Select the new generation of employees of the three companies,and launch a targeted behavioral questionnaire.Finally,the collected data are sorted out,and accurate,objective and effective data are obtained.The key factors influencing the initiative behavior of the new generation of employees in three network companies are analyzed and summarized,and the influencing factors leading to the low initiative behavior of the new generation of employees in this enterprise are obtained.Using scientific methods to explore the impact of this factor on the career growth cycle of the new generation of employees,and finally as a starting point around the level of individual initiative behavior,team initiative behavior level.In order to provide reference for enterprises and promote the three network companies to do a better job of human resource management,three aspects of organizational initiative behavior,such as establishing reasonable countermeasures for improving the initiative behavior of the new generation of employees in small and micro network companies,can be established.To improve the initiative behavior of the new generation of employees,to achieve the sustainability and efficiency of enterprise development.The main research functions of this thesis are as follows: first,take the small and micro network company as the research background,the new generation staff as the research object,studies the company employee's initiative behavior,carries on the analysis to the company human resources present situation,and proposes the improvement countermeasure;Second,for small and micro network enterprises,this paper proposes to improve the initiative behavior of employees to promote the human resources management of enterprises,improve the management level of enterprises,unite the centripetal force of enterprises,and stimulate the potential of the new generation of employees.This paper provides a case list model for small and micro enterprises to improve the working enthusiasm of the new generation staff from the angle of employee initiative behavior.Third,this paper combines the organizational behavior of the new generation employees with the active behavior theory.It is of theoretical significance to improve the performance of the new generation of employees in the organization through the study of employee initiative behavior.
