Pseudo-science is the imagination or irrational beliefs that are based on subjective wishes."Non" in Chinese means "No", therefore, non-science is not science, it can not cause any moral issue or break the law. There are many forms of non-science, some empirical them, but not logical, such as experience; some logical, but does not have evidence, such as religious. Furthermore, some forms have neither empirical nor logical, such as the assumption. A pseudo-scientific phenomenon in technological diffusion refers to the process of the dissemination of science and technology, media organizations, the main transmission, and the media in the information link, spread links and to accept the session, due to the limitations of government policy, as well as some human factors traction and those who shelter under the banner of "science", negating the laws of science, to deviate from the purpose of technological diffusion, does not have the scientific guidance of the behavioral phenomenon. There are some characteristics of Pseudo-science as follow: first of all, it cannot productive forces in short time. Moreover, subjective awareness causes results. In the spreading of the science and technology, those characteristics of Pseudo-science is dissemination of the breadth and impact of far-reaching, especially the public to have greater dangers.The social effect of the pseudoscience means the influence that the pseudoscience brought to the development of the technology and the social order and the public through the technology spread method.
