Research On The Construction Of New Think Tanks In Local Academy Of Social Sciences

As a comprehensive research institution of philosophy and social sciences,as a think tank and think tank of local party committees and governments,local academies of social sciences coexist with opportunities and challenges during the transition to a new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics.How independence,quality and influence are the core competencies of the new think tank?How to construct the operational mechanism that meets the requirements of the construction of a new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics from the reality of the local social science academies?The need for government science and democratic decision-making is an important issue in the transformation of local social sciences into a new think tank.In this paper,the new think tank construction of Fujian Academy of Social Sciences is taken as the research object.Based on the principal-agent theory and the incentive theory,comparative analysis method and case analysis method are used to study the status quo of the new think-tank construction in Fujian Academy of Social Sciences Its main problems in the construction of a new type of think tank and summarizes the factors that cause these problems.Combining with the management mode of western advanced think tanks and the development experience of government affiliated think tanks,college think tanks and social think tanks,we put forward countermeasures to promote the construction of new type think tanks in local academies of social sciences,such as clarifying the direction of transformation and transformation,innovating institutional mechanisms,and realizing structure and function The fundamental transformation,open the door to run the hospital,innovative means of communication and expand the impact of think tank results.It aims to provide suggestions for the construction of new think tanks of the local Academy of Social Sciences in China and promote the long-term development of the local Academy of Social Sciences.
