As the global economy integration, China’s accession to the WTO, China’s foreign economic cooperation is more and more frequent, success promoted the economic development of China. Over the years, China with its huge consumer market and resource advantage implementation "bringing in" policy, attract the world many multinational companies and overseas investment. According to the United Nations MaoFa organization2010statistics, China2009years of FDI (global foreign direct investment) inflows are set to reach about95billion us dollars, the second. In this situation, the French pay more and more attention to China’s investment market, more and more French enterprise in China on the land of open. In the joint venture enterprise has become law in method an important form of the cooperation between the two countries. Method of cooperation in the enterprise to China to introduce the advanced production technology and management ideas, but at the same time, because of the cultural differences between the two countries and produce collisions and conflict also has negative influence on cooperation.
