Under the complicated background of the economic globalization, cultural diversity, knowledge economy, enterprise's international operation has become an overwhelming trend. When enterprise in multinational management, multinational enterprise has faced and hence culture radically different culture and the different economic ideas, attitudes and behavior decided by the culture. The managers have to face and solve not only the organization structure, the direction of the investment, choose expatriate, the more important is to find a cross-cultural management mystery in practice. Multinational business will lead to a series of cross-cultural management. The enterprise how to face the problem of cross-cultural management, to solve cross-cultural conflict, directly related to the survival and development of the multinational companies. In this background, the cross-cultural management highly emphasized by Chinese and foreign scholars and enterprise management personnel, and became the new trend of development of management.In this paper, the cross-cultural research as the starting point. The related theory of the cross-cultural management will throughout the whole process of research. Compared the cultural differences between Chinese and western typical characteristic, analyzed the Sino-foreign joint venture enterprise cross-cultural conflict performance and the causes, and combining my working experience in the Sino- Norwegian LS company to continue to study the general law of the Sino-foreign joint venture cross-cultural conflicts. The general research try to explore the effective cross-cultural conflict resolution strategy and management method, in order to provide valuable reference to LS company and the similar Sino-Foreign joint venture enterprise in the cross-cultural management.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduced this research background and significance, the research methods and content. The second chapter is about related theory introduction of the cross-cultural management, which mainly introduced the present research situation of the the cross-cultural management at home and abroad,the culture connotation and features, the meaning and the main performance of cultural differences, national cultural differences, the main theory of the cross-cultural management etc. The third chapter is about the performance and the reason of the LS company cross-cultural conflict, which introduced the profile of LS company, analyzed the performance and reasons of the cross-cultural differences and the cross-cultural conflict in joint venture LS company. The fourth chapter is about the solutions in LS cross-cultural management, which mainly introduced the solving direction and the strategy choice in the cross-cultural conflict of the joint venture enterprise, proposed the specific measures to LS company for dissolving cross-cultural conflict and implementing effectively cross-cultural management combined with LS company's actual situation in the internal cross-cultural conflict. The fifth Chapter is the conclusion, which summarized the research of the paper, and pointed out the research deficiencies and the improvements.
