Sino-foreign Joint Venture Of Cross-cultural Conflict Extension Early Warning Research

In the economic globalization today,Sino-foreign joint ventures has become one of the most important competitive weapon in today’s fierce global competition.But as the time progresses, the contradictions and conflicts of Multi-cultural exchanges produce constantly within the joint venture,which affect the smooth development of the joint venture. Although To Cross-cultural conflict management for multinational have a lot of research.However, from the perspective of crisis management, the cross-cultural conflict prevention management of joint ventures almost no research. Therefore,this article use the extension method, to establish a Sino-foreign joint ventures cross-cultural conflict early warning model, for the joint venture to take effectively cultural conflict crisis prevention measures, reduce the transaction costs of enterprise management, improve business performance, curb corporate crises, is very meaningful.First, the paper analyzes the connotation,causes root and processes of the Sino-foreign joint ventures cross-cultural conflict, for identify the type of cross-cultural conflict and the main manifestations to do theoretical knowledge paving the way, and have a profound understanding of the crisis process.Then, after analyze the connotation of joint ventures cross-cultural conflict early warning and the early warning processes, establishing cross-cultural conflict early warning indicator system.On this basis, using the method of combining expert scoring and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to determine the weight coefficients of the early warning indicators,and using extenics theoretical ideas,from the crisis prior management perspective, using the matter-element to statements the crisis signal and grade standards,to estabish cross-cultural conflict early warning model of combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis.Then, to the early warning model practical application and analysis,collected on a Sino-Canadian joint venture cross-cultural conflict early warning basis data through the questionnaire,calculated the corresponding warning level. The results show that:The early warning model can significantly reduce the risk of cross-cultural conflict,and provide a workable method for joint ventures to effectively control the cross-cultural conflict crisis.Lastly, further put forward countermeasures and suggestions of cross-cultural conflict management in joint ventures.
