The Satisfaction Evaluation And Countermeasures Research Of Jiaxing’s Rural Land Circulation Intermediary Organizations

The rise of rural land circulation intermediary organizations promotes the development of farmland circulation. As professional service organizations for farmland circulation, rural land circulation intermediary organizations has obtained some success in recent years, however,it is still in its in fancy. Cultivating and developing rural land circulation intermediary organizations’ construction, improving farmers’ satisfaction plays an important role to promote the farmers activity in land circulation, and to improve the efficiency of land circulation,.Based on the survey data from Jiashan county and Haiyan county in Jiaxing area, Zhejiang province, this article uses Likert scale and factor analysis measure farmers’ satisfaction. The results show that:firstly, farmers’ satisfaction evaluation index can be attributed to the service content, farmers’ cognition, follow-up service, and personnel service quality, and the influence degree of four factors reduces significantly. Secondly, farmers’ satisfaction comprehensive score is 3.02, just reaches the basic level, which only guaranteeing the basic needs of farmers, agricultural land circulation intermediary organizations need further development and promotion.Combined descriptive analysis with the results of farmers’ satisfaction, this article summarizes the main problems of agricultural land circulation intermediary organizations in Jiaxing area. Then, put forward countermeasures and Suggestions for Jiaxing rural land circulation intermediary organizations construction which based on the existing tertiary circulation service center: firstly, build a multi-leveled and diversified farmland circulation service system supported by land circulation association and government departments, with all levels of land circulation service center as the main body, land consolidation and rehabilitation institutions, legal consultancy, asset appraisal institution, land insurance companies, finance companies, etc for supplement. Secondly, strengthen the support, guidance and specification from government departments, set up industry associations to carry on the guidance and supervision, improve the service network construction of tertiary circulation, and expand service intermediary organization construction.
