Research On Liaocheng City Regional Economy Structure Optimization Mode

Since the reform and opening up, the economic society of Liaocheng has obtained agreat progress, but Liaocheng still belongs to the less developed areas of WesternShandong Province. Besides the basic industry, pillar industry and key industry notprominent,and the unsustainable momentum on economic development, theunreasonable economic structure of Liaocheng city, unbalanced structure existed, therestriction on economic structure adjustment, and the insufficiency performing of theresource advantage, these points also the key reason for the slow development of theregional economy. Therefore, how to further optimize the economic structure,enhance the competitive ability of Liaocheng region economy that is the importanttopic faced by the economic society development.This article tries to provide thoughts and solutions for the optimization ofLiaochengregional economy structure through the systematic study, meanwhile provide thewhole country or the same or similar area with economy structure optimization modefor reference. Structure arrangement is as follows:In the introduction part, the research background, the research goal and the researchsignificance and the domestic and foreign research review on regional economy arestated. The thesis arrangement is as below:The first chapter mainly elaborate the concept and theory of regional economydevelopment,the stage of our country`s economy development, and the whole countryand our province " Twelfth Five-Year Plan" regional economy development strategyto locate the position of Liaocheng in the regional economy pattern.The second chapter mainly introduces the present situation of regional economicdevelopment in Liaocheng, through the description of Liaocheng regional history,nature, species, social, science and technology culture and industrial developmentstatus after the establishment of new China, and the generalization of the process andcurrent situation during Liaocheng regional economy structure optimization, to showthe panorama of the social and economic development of Liaocheng.The third chapter elaborated through Liaocheng’s regional economic structure modeand existing problems, leads to the reason of optimizing regional economic structure.The fourth chapter, introduce the United States, European Union, Japan, Korea andother typical national regional economy development mode,and the Jiangsu-Zhejiang region especially South of Jiangsu mode and Wenzhou mode as a representative of theregional economy structure mode, which are helpful to provide reference mode for thedevelopment of Liaocheng regional economy and regional economy structureoptimization.The fifth chapter mainly elaborates the mode of Liaocheng city regional economystructure, and elaborated the advantages and disadvantages of this mode, then putforward the measures to optimize the structure of Liaocheng regional economy.The sixth chapter, through the above research, put forward the safeguard measuresto optimize structure of Liaocheng regional economy.In the conclusion part, it is the prospect for Liaocheng regional economydevelopment and regional economic structure optimization mode.The innovation of this paper lies in: first is the topic selection is new, raising thenew pattern for Liaocheng regional economic structure optimization. The currentregional economy development pattern in our country is helpful for Liaocheng city tospeed up the adjustment of economic structure, and transform the mode ofdevelopment. The national and Shandong province" Twelfth Five-Year Plan" plays apowerful role in the economy society development of Liaocheng city In thisenvironment, the study on how to better use the national policy to optimize economicstructure and innovate the development mode, has important theoretical significanceand practice value on improving Liaocheng city regional economy development.Second is the innovation on theoretical perspectives and raising the new thought ofintegrate Liaocheng city into Shandong province capital cities economy developmentcircle. In order to develop rapidly,Liaocheng city should meet the economicglobalization and regional economic integration requirement, catch the favorableopportunity of Shandong province creating capital city group economy circle,and fixour correct position,give full play to our own advantages, to make Liaocheng integrateinto this economy circle omnidirectionally,and then connect Liaocheng to the east ofJi`nan radiation area, and west to the central plains which will be a modernizationcenter city, thus better butt joint to peninsula blue economy, and undertake theinfluential effect from Yangtze River Delta and around Bohai sea district twodeveloped economic areas,and then get into the nation`s regional economicintegration trend. This paper puts forward some suggestions and proposals.
