A Study On China’ Marine Ranching Construction

At present, the main human food source is the land, and accounts for71%of theearth’s vast ocean, can only supply1%of the human food. Visible, the aquatic productis the best way to solve the grain problem. But since1970, the global "has not yetdeveloped" fish resources have been exhausted,"is developed" fish resources quicklyto "mature" and "recession", the scope of the fishery resources in the world that can bedeveloped are facing the threat of overfishing. How to solve the sustainabledevelopment of aquaculture, marine ranching is the answer. Especially some marineranching bring economic benefit, and improve the Marine environment in Japan,South Korea and the other countries.However, China’s current marine ranching construction exists some problems,small reef body size, the unreasonable planning, not having an improving role inEcological breeding. Marine Ranching is the main way of modern and sustainabledevelopment, which could improve the quality of the aquatic products and marineenvironment. Especially in advocating a low-carbon economy and scientificdevelopment, the construction of the marine ranch faces with good developmentopportunities.In recent years, the construction of marine ranch is fast, especially in thesefishery provinces, such as Liaoning, Shandong and Guangdong, and they areimproving faster in quantity and in scale, emerging a group of marine ranch with goodoperation management, considerable benefits, and also have good demonstrationsignificance to the others. But because the ocean ranching in China with only tenyears of development history, is still in the primary stage, so there are manyspecification and the imperfect place in construction management and operationresearch, finding out problems, finding decision-making, and summarizing experiencewill be of significance to promote the development of China’s ocean ranchingconstruction development.So far the research results of the marine ranching is separate and have not form awhole theory system. This study is based on the basic characteristics of the marineranching, absorption and reference for the related theory, and with the theory researchmethod providing the marine ranch a primary exploration. Absorbed in the predecessors’ achievements, the paper tells the basic connotation of the marine ranch,the main types and characteristics of this theory, and the conditions and functions ofthe marine ranching.Using comparison and case methods,the paper researches the study anddevelopment of marine ranch of South Korea, Japan, the United States in abroad andShandong, Liaoning, Zhejiang and Guangdong province domestically and receive thecharacteristics of marine ranch in the aspect of foundation, management. Basis On theabove, the paper analyzes the problems existing in construction planning, laws andregulations and government policy. The last part puts forward Suggestions to thehealthy and rapid development of China’s ocean ranch.
