The Research Of The Spillover Effects Of The Service Outsourcing In Chinese Software Industry

Since 21st century,the service outsourcing has become the important trend in the field of world economy and international trade with deepening of outsourcing research and maturing of its theory,which performs particularly obvious in software industry.The software outsourcing has become the key of the development of software industry.Then,how Chinese government do to reasonably plans for future development of software outsourcing,guides to prouduce or induces to expand spillover effects,influences and improves the whole level of skill and management of software outsourcing,perform the huge potential of Chinese software industry with the opportunity of international development, becomes a important problem.This study has five parts.The first part includes background,meaning,framework and others' work of the research. With international trend of industry transfer and policy support of software outsourcing by Chinese government since 21st century,it can reflect that software outsourcing has become the key factor of development in software industry,then further put forward that the key of the plan of software industry and development of software outsourcing by Chinese government is to play or expand the spillover effect of knowledge intensive industry based on the development experience for 10 years.The second part has the concept definition and theory which explain the reason and effect of service outsourcing to stress the international trend and importance for Chines economical development of software outsourcing.Then this part explain the condition and way of spillover effects produce to lay the foundation for later analysis.The third part includes the development status and characteristic.With the concept and theory of second part and the combination of theoretical and practical,this part obtain the conclusion with the qualitative view that Chinese software outsourcing industry has spillover effects whose influence factor is scale of software outsourcing,level of economical development,degree of openness,reservation of high talent,level of R&D investment, level of infrastructure investment and number of high-quality enterprise.Through quantitative analysis,the forth part proves the existence of the spillover effects of service outsourcing in Chinese software industry and comparatively research between the influence factors proved by quantitative analysis and the study results concluded by qualitative analysis with the multiple regression model based on the data package of five cities,Beijing,Shanghai,Tianjin,Guangzhou,Wuhan from 2004 to 2009.Meanwhile,this part finds the foundation factors which influence spillover effects of Chinese software industry,internal factor and external environmental factor,through the factor analysis model.With the two foundation factors and the study results of qualitative and quantitative analysis.the fifth part puts forward the optimization suggestions which induces to expand spillover effects of service outsourcing in Chinese software industry to give plan for future development of Chinese software industry.Finally it can expand the spillover effects of Chinese software outsourcing,promote the development Chinese software industry better and faster and achieve the ultimate goal that Chinese is prosperity and stability.
