This topic is chosen from one of my profession’s academic subjects,“the policy study oftechnology improvement of Guangdong software outsourcing corporate”. The research is basedon the background of transformation of economic transformation and aims to study how softwareoutsourcing corporate in Guangdong access to external knowledge and make improvement in itstechnology ability in the new environment.The research has adopted empirical method and take the corporate technology ability asinduced variable while technology introduction and technology spillover as dependent variables.There are total132effective samples. In addition, variance analysis, factorial analysis as well asStructural equation modeling have been adopted. The conclusion presents that acquiring frommarket has positive impact on corporate technology exploring ability whereas acquiring throughalliance has negative impact on technology development ability. As the effect of technologyspillover, human resource effect and competition effect promotes the increase of corporateexploring ability. Cooperation, technology and market exploring effect do not seen obviousinfluence on corporate technology ability.
