Research Of Evolutionary Game On Knowledge Sharing In IT Outsourcing

With the rapid development of information technology, IT outsourcing has becomean important strategic choice to enhance the core competence of enterprises.Simultaneously with the development of knowledge management, knowledge hasbecome the basis for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. Knowledge sharing isthe core issue of knowledge management. Knowledge sharing in IT outsourcing enablesenterprises to obtain external resources to enhance the core competitiveness, whilegiving the enterprise the flexibility necessary to cope with to the rapidly changingglobal economy. Therefore, the study of knowledge sharing in IT outsourcing hasimportant significance. The paper studies the problem of knowledge sharing betweenclients and service providers in IT outsourcing, and analyzes the factors influencingknowledge sharing in IT outsourcing, and builds the evolution game model ofknowledge sharing in IT outsourcing and simulates it. Through the simulation analysis,some suggestions are provided to promote knowledge sharing in IT outsourcing.Firstly, the paper reviews the related literature about IT outsourcing, knowledgesharing and evolutionary game theory, and analyzes the influencing factors ofknowledge sharing in IT outsourcing, and the influencing factors are divided into threeaspects that are the object, subject and situation of knowledge sharing.Secondly, the paper builds the evolutionary game model of knowledge sharing inIT outsourcing based on evolutionary game theory. By solving the model, the qualitativeanalysis of the evolution trend and strategy selection of the evolutionary game model isgiven. With the use of MATLAB7.6, the paper quantitatively simulates the evolutiongame model of knowledge sharing IT outsourcing.Finally, on the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis, the paper puts forwardsome management suggestions to promote the knowledge sharing in IT outsourcing,including paying attention to knowledge storage in IT outsourcing, cultivating trustbetween clients and service providers, creating a learning-oriented corporate culture inIT outsourcing enterprises and establishing incentive and punishment mechanism in IToutsourcing enterprises.
