In recent years, the electronic industry enjoys a rapid development in China. The aircondition industry as one important part of the household appliance industry has owngreat opportunities for developments from the strongly demand of home appliancesmarket. One effective development of project schedule management is the key to leadsuccess of air condition. However domestic is lack of theory of project managementwhich could be used in the development of new air-condition, it will create a huge wasteof resources when the project is in development cycle time. Furthermore, the situationthat R&D is far beyond with market will lead manufacture to produce the product whichbehinds the consumer demand willing and other issues. It will also be far away with theactual needs of enterprises. So it is necessary for manufacturing companies to makeresearch on this sector.According to the theory of PLC, the new project development workflow is divided intofour parts such as the concept collection part, technology development part, organization&implementation part and ending assessment part. The actual control process mainly usethe Gantt chart to monitor the operation of the project and straighten out the orderbetween the various sub-projects; use in order to facilitate the fastest network plan todetermine the critical path and milestones to facilitate the development of the totalprocess table; use of the work breakdown structure diagram further breakdown of thecontent and relative to a single, easy-cost accounting and inspection of the work unit.The innovation point is to combine with the progress of the control principle to make acomb and make improvements such as dynamic control theory, system theory and theproblems of elasticity theory for the company’s existing project development schedulemanagement system. Market research by presenting a clear allocation of responsibilitiessystem, technical support and manufacturing process of these three core sectors of the fullintegration of the progress in the development of the new project management system. Soas to achieve further shorten the project development cycle, optimize resource allocation,and ultimately make the project to maximize the R&D performance, regain market shareis expected to target.Chapter1discusses the research background and significance of the paper, preliminaryanalysis of the status of domestic and international project management, research anddiscusses the architecture of the paper. Chapter2discusses the face of the air-conditioning products research and developmentprogress of the project management implementation methods, and preliminaryimprovements. In addition to the basic theoretical level of discourse on the projectmanagement, but also discusses the progress in the development process for airconditioning products to develop and control measures, and the problems andshortcomings encountered in the specific implementation in the enterprise projectschedule management the improvement program and opinions.Chapter3describes the enterprise as well as internal and external situation, the mainproblems and company R&D projects to make the analysis and discussion.Chapter4shows Trane optimization of the existing project progress in the developmentof management measures, which detail how to set up R&D links at all stages ofmarketing department, technical department and manufacturing department of the termsof reference and field, by using the method of Gantt charts, work break down structuretechnology, critical path method, and other management tools to optimize the existingR&D processes that shorten the correction response time, and rational use of productionresources, and the messy status quo of the company’s control system integration progressof the control system program.Chapter5shows the base of T-project in the practical application of the control of theprogress of the design phase of the product structure. Elaborated to optimize the use ofthe progress of the project management concepts and tools to make progress in thedevelopment of management based on the theoretical basis of the project life cycle andreached the actual income.Chapter6shows the schedule management a brief summary and knowledge induction,and in the future to further the project management work would be described.
