Research On Multi-projects Management Process Based On The Whole Life Cycle Theory

After a long period of evolution and development,modern project management has been widely used in enterprises and organizations.In recent years,the state vigorously promote and encourage local governments to take the government and social capital cooperation(PPP)project construction model for the development of urban infrastructure and public utilities in the process of building.A large number of PPP projects funded by social capital,and led by the government.In this process,how to find out a set of corresponding to the modern multi project management needs of the management process and management model,is to ensure the success of the project implementation of the necessary conditions.As a large state-owned listed company,Z company faces a large number of PPP project management needs in the development of its main business-urban sewage treatment.In the project management,because of the lack of effective evaluation methods for the PPP project construction,the project managers of Z company can not make accurate management evaluation for the project.When the coordination of resources between multiple projects is encountered,the allocation of project resources will be confused due to the lack of effective allocation mechanism.How to ensure the reasonable allocation of project resources in the process of multi project implementation on the basis of meticulous management of single project implementation is an urgent need for project implementation enterprises to solve.In this paper,through research and practice analysis of the domestic and foreign literature,based on the basic concept of the project life cycle theory and multi project management,we give an analysis and research on Z company's PPP project management requirements,proposed the use of life cycle management theory to the developing stages of the project,and gives the method the establishment of management life cycle stage of the project evaluation system.At the same time,we thoroughly study the priority method of resource allocation in multi project management process,and try to use the whole life cycle assessment results in the optimization of project resource allocation,eventually forming a multi project management process based on the life cycle theory.According to the research conclusion,research on multi project management based on the life cycle theory has a practical higher significance in the days after for the improvement of management strategy and method of multi project,and also has a strong role in promoting the enterprise management reform and transformation.Because the research of this paper is completed under the external factors of the static and idealized project,the deviation of the management results will be caused by the change of the external environment factors in the practical application.The follow-up we will make use of dynamic project management methods and mathematical models to gradually improve the results of this study.
