Topic Of The Paper:Research On Application Of Life Cycle In University Students’ Pioneering Incubation Project

The ability of business pioneering is ranked by UNESCO as the third ability passport that the university students should occupy after academic and vocational skills. Since Tsinghua University held the first pioneering plan competition in China in1998, especially since the Party’s Eleventh Congress put forward the strategy that pioneering promoted the employment, all kinds of universities and colleges at all levels lifted the high wave of developing the university students’pioneering education and activities. However, a troubling problem is always that:on one hand, the university students’ enthusiasm for pioneering is extremely high. On the other hand, the rate of pioneering failure is also high. According to the incomplete statistics, the success rate for the enterprises’pioneering is up to above70%and that of the university students is only2%-3%, which is far lower than the enterprises’. It is a difficult problem troubling many institutions to help the students holding the pioneering passion and good projects convert their ideas into healthy enterprise entity, and to improve the university students’ pioneering success rate.With the methods of literature review, questionnaire, interview and case analysis, and combined with the idea of project management, this paper comprehensively applies the related theories, skills and knowledge of life cycle project management into university students’pioneering incubation process, establishes a university students’ pioneering incubation process model based on the project management "life cycle" theory, and makes a evidence research with the pioneering incubation project of Shandong institute of commerce and technology. The organizers’responsibility consciousness and risk prevention consciousness are strengthened by establishing scientific and strict assessment indexes on the project approval stage. In the middle of project, the project responsible persons are guided to carry out effective organization, plan and control by a series of monitoring, training and practice activities, and to optimize the occupied resources and to realize the normal operation of the pioneering incubation project until the incubation gets successful. This paper hopes to provide some references for the university students’ pioneering incubation project management work in each university by the method of applying the project management idea to university students’ pioneering incubation project, thus to realize the orderly management on the university students’ pioneering incubation project, and to promote the university students’ pioneering incubation work to be carried out orderly and efficiently.
