The supervision industry of China has gone through extraordinary development.It is an important issue that how to make development for many supervisionenterprises taking the supervision tasks to be confronted with. As for the enterpriseunder the condition of market economy, the top priority for research shall be thestrategy so as to take the opportunities and speed up the development. Based onsufficient research, this thesis has researched the development strategy of Yantai NewCentury Project Management&Consulting Co., Ltd. so as to explore a developmentpath adaptable to the country’s situation for the supervision enterprises.The development of the enterprise shall not be blind, but shall have reasonabledeployment, overall planning, feasible development plan and correct developmentorientation, etc. This thesis analyzes and researches the general situation of thedevelopment of Yantai New Century Project Management&Consulting Co., Ltd.,analyzes the development environment, the current situation and problems of theCompany’s development, combines advanced strategy management theory and thedevelopment experience of the supervision enterprises at home and abroad, putsforward the development strategy of the Company, and proposes rational advices onthe supporting measures for the strategy implementation. The main research contentsof the thesis are as follows:First of all, the thesis elaborates the research background, purpose andsignificance, research thought and frame and research method of the selected subject.Secondly, as for the summary of the related theories of the enterprise’s strategy, thethesis summarizes the connotation and characteristics of the enterprise’s strategy,analyzes the internal conditions and current development situation of Yantai NewCentury Project Management&Consulting Co., Ltd., introduces the general situationof the Company, and roughly studies the internal environment such as the businessresources, management ability, organizational structure and enterprise culture, existing strategies and present problems Meanwhile, the thesis gives a generalintroduction to the external environment of Yantai New Century Project Management&Consulting Co., Ltd. and the political and legal environment, economicenvironment, social and cultural environment, technical environment and externalenvironment of the Company. On this basis, by utilizing the analysis model of SWOT,the thesis carries out the comprehensive analysis on the opportunities and threats,internal advantages, and disadvantages of the Company. Furthermore, as for thedevelopment strategy, enterprise vision and development goals of Yantai NewCentury Project Management&Consulting Co., Ltd., the thesis makes discussionsfrom such aspects as the steady development strategy, comprehensive businessdevelopment strategy, differential service strategy and brand strategy. In the end, asfor the supporting measures for the implementation of the development strategy ofYantai New Century Project Management&Consulting Co., Ltd., the thesis putsforward some suggestions and advices from many aspects such as setting up newbusiness concepts and development goals, enhancing the comprehensivecompetitiveness, improving the organizational structure, improving the personnelmanagement and training mechanism, strengthening the enterprise culturalconstruction and the communications and exchange with the same industry at homeand abroad.
