Hope to finding performance assessment model and applicationprocess, and then establish the strategy performance assessment system.This paper discuss the internal and external environment, researchmanagement characteristics of handmade manufacturing enterprises, try toconstruct performance evaluation model based on the theory of BSC. Throughthe description of mission, vision, and value goal of the handmade manufacturingenterprises, using the strategy map to study the practical application forperformance evaluation system of handmade manufacturing enterprise.Any of the performance evaluation methods have to land on the internaland external management environment of the enterprise. It is one kind ofexperience whether BSC practice success or failure.
