Enterprise R&d Investment Analysis

With the promotion of knowledge and economic globalization, technologyinnovation has become every enterprise’s target. But from the current situationof technology innovation and R&D investment, the final result they take toenterprise profit can’t make people satisfied. According to the relevantresearch of our country’s high technology enterprises, nearly50%enterprisesare making loss. This article is mainly research how to start and developtechnology innovation, and how to make better management of R&Dinvestment.This article will use case study method, through one famous case, todiscuss and analyze the technology and R&D management problems duringthe development of companies, combine the experience and theory and reality,to prove the promotion effect of the technology and R&D investment to thecompany development.This article including five parts, the first part is mainly focus on theresearch background and the purpose of this article; the second part is focuson the relevant articles, to elaborate relevant articles in the history; the thirdpart is focus on example explanation, this article select the biggest company ofChina communication equipment manufacturer–Huawei as the example,mainly introduce the development process, technology innovationachievement, R&D investment current situation and so on; the fourth part isanalysis of example, mainly summarize five main common problems whichexisted in the Chinese companies, and how Huawei solve these problems; thefifth part is mainly focus on the implementation of IPD process in Huawei andthe effect it taken to Huawei, this part also summarize the relationship betweenfinancial management and technology R&D, conclude that the efficienttechnology R&D management process will take positive effect to the companydevelopment, and the financial management can also take good analysis andsupport to the technology R&D management; the sixth part is final conclusionand suggestion.Studies shown that, company should define their own R&D investmentpercentage to total income according to their own and market situation, andshould keep invest no less than10years.
